Brian Provider is a service-based digital agency.
All services are digital and non-tangible
No physical products are sold
Services include (but are not limited to): website development, digital marketing, automation, consulting, and technical support
Because our services involve time, effort, and digital resources, refunds are handled under specific conditions.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The client submits a written refund request via email
The request is made before work has started
No deliverables, drafts, or service execution has been provided
If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Work has already started on the project
Any part of the service has been delivered
Delays caused by lack of client communication or required information
Change of mind after project initiation
Failure to achieve subjective or expected results
Monthly maintenance or recurring services after the billing period has started
For custom or milestone-based projects:
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
If a project is canceled mid-way, charges for completed work remain payable
For monthly or recurring services (such as maintenance or support):
Fees are billed in advance
Refunds are not provided for partially used service periods
Clients may cancel future billing with prior notice
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment processor
Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable
Clients are encouraged to contact Brian Provider before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Permanent termination of the client relationship
Our goal is client satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or support, where applicable.
Brian Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
