This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Brian Provider.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Our Services

Brian Provider is a service-based digital agency.

  • All services are digital and non-tangible

  • No physical products are sold

  • Services include (but are not limited to): website development, digital marketing, automation, consulting, and technical support

Because our services involve time, effort, and digital resources, refunds are handled under specific conditions.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The client submits a written refund request via email

  • The request is made before work has started

  • No deliverables, drafts, or service execution has been provided

If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started on the project

  • Any part of the service has been delivered

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or required information

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Failure to achieve subjective or expected results

  • Monthly maintenance or recurring services after the billing period has started


4. Milestone & Custom Services

For custom or milestone-based projects:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable

  • If a project is canceled mid-way, charges for completed work remain payable


5. Monthly & Ongoing Services

For monthly or recurring services (such as maintenance or support):

  • Fees are billed in advance

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used service periods

  • Clients may cancel future billing with prior notice


6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment processor

  • Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Brian Provider before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Permanent termination of the client relationship


8. Service Satisfaction

Our goal is client satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or support, where applicable.


9. Policy Updates

Brian Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
